Milestones
+ Since officially embarking on the Healthy Blood Pressure through Faith and a Healthy Lifestyle Project in July, we have held workshops on Eating Right & Exercising, Nutrition and Your Health
+ Hosted a Health & Wellness Day in collaboration with the Bishop James R. Wright Sr., Institute of Christian Education on August 16th. The event carried a major theme and focus on Mental Health Awareness in ministry, pastoral and leader self-care
+ Held a Mental Health Awareness workshop
+ Distribution of weekly of various handouts on mental health awareness; importance of exercise
+ Distribution of Scriptures relating to health, health tips, and inclusion of recipes in quarterly church newsletter
